The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) replaces the Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC and was designed to harmonize data privacy laws across Europe, to protect and empower all EU citizens data privacy and to reshape the way organizations across the region approach data privacy.

The GDPR will apply in all EU member states from 25 May 2018.

Here at Vistec Systems we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to operate and maintain our service, and to provide the products you have requested from us. We only collect basic personal data about you which does not include special types of information; however this will include your name, address, email and phone number. Your information will only be shared with the relevant member of staff within the company; no third parties will have access to your data unless the law allows them to do so. We only retain any personal data for as long as the subject account is active and for the need to fulfil the purposes, for which we have initially collected it. If the account is not active and the works have been completed, your data will be removed off of our system after 5 years as required by law.  Vistec Systems are concerned with protecting your privacy and data, but we cannot ensure that your information may not be disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach. We encrypt any information you provide to us by using secure technology, but no method of electronic or manual storage is 100% secure.
