At Vistec Systems we offer a wide range of maintenance contracts for electronic security systems regardless whether supplied & installed by us or by a third party – these include :
- CCTV (Analogue, Digital, IP, 3G or wireless)
- Access Control (inc Biometrics)
- Perimeter Protection
- Intercoms (Video & Audio)
- Help Points
- Security & Street Lighting
We do not believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach to maintenance and therefore we offer maintenance contracts at various service levels that best meets our client’s operational requirements, needs and expectations.
On top of our service level agreements (SLA’s) we also offer complimentary telephone support to help & assist our customers with any onsite problems.
If we are permitted remote access to your security system, we can also review faults online & endeavor to carry out a remote fix ‘free of charge’.
We can usually offer a repair service to all types of security systems regardless of who installed your system. Our call-out charges & SLA’s are reasonably priced and every attempt is made to repair a fault on site. If this is not possible a quotation will be submitted for replacement equipment, offering a range of available hardware to suit your budget and requirements. In some cases we do offer loan equipment while your equipment is sent back for repair.
We offer an upgrade service, anything from updating your old cameras with new technology, replacing your current digital recorder to enable improved images or to accept additional cameras. Where possible we will offer a numbers of price options for the hardware and give you advice on what’s best for you.
Due to our exposure to a number of different manufacturers & suppliers, we are now able to offer companies training on their security system. In some cases we can even send you up to date user & installation manuals.
If you have a need for access control or CCTV training please contact us and tell us what system you have in place and how many people need to be trained so that we can discuss it further.
The Data Protection Act 1998 requires of CCTV Systems installed on Public and Commercial Premises, that; “Cameras should be properly maintained and serviced to ensure that clear images are recorded” (Third & Fourth Data Protection Principles).
